Could you please write us a little summary of Circus? I really love the theme ^^

It’s kind of hard actually to do a synopsis of circus since the story isn’t a straight line, each chapters /stories have different point of view from different characters and they don’t follow in a chronological order but i’ll try ^_^. Excuse my poor english ~.

“Paris during the reign of Napoleon III is prone to major transformation. Industrialisation, science & medecine make fast progress everydays. During these turbulent times, people became passionated for freaks and thus it was the gold period for show and circus.”
Rothbart Drusselmayer is an ex doctor, he was banned form the medecine order because of his unethical practice on the human body. Still operating illegally, he travelled through the world and met with many freaks. In 1837 he met with Gabrielle an aristocrates who was born without legs, despite her disabled body, Gabrielle’s beauty was famous and her fortune was worth the interest of Rothbart. He convinced her of starting a freak circus and brothel.Thanks to Rothbart unique freaks acquisitions and Gabrielle relations they were able to gain big fame around the city. But while the circus and its freaks could seduce the mass, obsession, murders and secrets surround the circus and its clients.
